The Institute introduces a renewed multi-page website. Its structure includes dedicated sections for each core area of work as well as materials for the academic and professional community.
A comprehensive examination of 11 Government resolutions and 115 ministerial orders in the environmental field has been completed. Over 500 systemic errors and legal conflicts creating unjustified barriers for business activity were identified.
Following analysis of the Law on the Prevention of Offences, the AI autonomously prepared a draft petition to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The petition concerns Article 56 — “Preventive restriction of freedom of movement”.
During pilot testing of the AI tool on the text of the Law on Artificial Intelligence, the Institute identified more than 30 legal-technical and substantive remarks aimed at improving the draft.
The Institute has completed digitisation and conversion to machine-readable form of more than five thousand NLAs explicitly provided for by current legislation. The entire body of documents has been systematised by sector for in-depth analysis.
The Institute has begun preparing and supporting the licensing procedure for launching the School of Digital Jurisprudence at Astana IT University — a modern educational platform for training the next generation of digital lawyers.
