AI Tool for Legal Examination

An automated analysis system for the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its purpose is to detect conflicts, regulatory barriers, corruption-related factors and legal-technical defects in NLA drafts.

About the Institute

Bringing law and artificial intelligence together

Institute of State Governance and Law LLP is a research organisation operating in the field of legal examination of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of legal education.

Launch of the renewed website

The Institute introduces a renewed website with up-to-date information about its work areas, NLA examination and educational programmes.

Environmental-block NLA analysis completed

A comprehensive examination of 11 Government resolutions and 115 ministerial orders in the environmental field has been completed. Over 500 systemic errors and legal conflicts were identified.

AI prepared a petition to the Constitutional Court

Based on the analysis of the Law on the Prevention of Offences, the AI autonomously prepared a draft petition to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
